This was another of my more political albums, written at a time when I was getting heavily involved with activism - though not yet with an anarchist group. The title came from some 17th century Leveller pamphlet that said something along the lines of: "...though our enemies accuse us of designs of anarchy and community..." As soon as I read that I just thought "Hell yes! Guilty as charged!"
I was pretty happy with this record - maybe some of the vocals could do with compressing, the guitars are a little sloppy and the mix could use more polish, but I think the songs are decent and it all comes together in a coherent way.
